That's how it started for Pieterjan. From an early age he has been bitten by the 'potato bug', which he inherited from his parents' potato trade. Even after his education in Finance and Insurance, the potato continued to intrigue him. And not only the potato itself, but also the various processing methods. That is why he joined his parents' company, which has been active in the potato sector for more than 30 years. Together they brainstormed further and in September 2011 his dream finally came true and the first fresh fries rolled off the belt in Bikschote.

The potatoes are very carefully selected onsite. After undergoing some tests they are carefully peeled, so they can be processed in fresh chips, slices, cubes,..
